User Agreement
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement and the policies incorporated into it.
1. Ring Karma's Role and Business Model
Ring Karma is a marketing and lead-generation company.
Ring Karma is not a law firm and does not itself provide legal representation, legal advice, legal opinions, or legal services.
The Service is designed to help consumers provide information concerning potential debt-collection harassment and related matters so that the information may be reviewed and, when appropriate, provided to one or more independent attorneys or law firms that may be interested in speaking with the consumer.
Ring Karma does not guarantee that any attorney or law firm will contact you, review your information, accept your matter, or represent you.
Ring Karma does not guarantee that you have a valid legal claim or that any particular legal or financial result will occur.
Ring Karma may receive compensation in connection with providing a potential client's information or lead to an attorney or law firm where permitted by applicable law and professional rules.
2. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Using the Service, communicating with Agent Ring, submitting information, permitting Ring Karma to provide information to an attorney or law firm, or receiving communications from Ring Karma does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship.
An attorney-client relationship exists only if and when an attorney or law firm expressly agrees to represent you and any required representation agreement is completed.
3. Independent Attorneys
Attorneys and law firms that may receive information from Ring Karma are independent legal professionals or independent law firms unless expressly stated otherwise.
Ring Karma does not control an attorney's professional judgment, legal advice, case evaluation, representation decisions, or handling of a legal matter.
Ring Karma does not promise that any attorney or law firm receiving your information is the best attorney for you.
Ring Karma does not guarantee the experience, qualifications, performance, availability, or results of any attorney or law firm.
You remain free to investigate, compare, contact, and retain an attorney of your own choosing.
4. No Legal Advice
Ring Karma and Agent Ring do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal representation, or an attorney's evaluation of your situation.
Information made available through the Service is for intake, informational, and administrative purposes and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney.
5. Agent Ring and Automated Systems
Agent Ring is an automated intake system.
When interacting with Agent Ring, you are interacting with an automated system and not a human attorney, government representative, law-enforcement officer, court representative, State Bar representative, or government agency.
Ring Karma may use automated or artificial-intelligence systems to assist with preliminary intake, language identification, translation, summarization, conversation management, organization of information, and selection of intake questions.
Automated systems may misunderstand, omit, misclassify, or incorrectly interpret information.
Automated outputs may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your particular circumstances.
Agent Ring does not independently determine whether you have a valid legal claim, provide legal advice, or establish an attorney-client relationship.
Information gathered through Agent Ring may be reviewed by a human before decisions concerning referral or legal services are made.
6. Information You Submit
You agree to provide information that you reasonably believe is accurate and truthful.
You may not intentionally submit false information, impersonate another person, interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
Ring Karma may collect, store, process, review, and retain information you voluntarily provide, including contact information, intake responses, conversation transcripts, consent choices, session information, referral information, and information concerning your inquiry.
Please use reasonable caution when deciding what information to submit through an automated intake system.
Submission of information to Ring Karma does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship or attorney-client privilege.
7. Sharing Information
Information submitted through Ring Karma may be provided to one or more attorneys or law firms that may be interested in reviewing the matter.
Any attorney receiving your information makes an independent decision about whether to contact you or potentially represent you.
Information may also be processed or disclosed to service providers supporting website hosting, communications, information technology, analytics, data storage, security, automation, or similar business functions as described in our Privacy Policy.
Ring Karma may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, court orders, subpoenas, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or satisfy legal obligations.
8. Calls, Text Messages, and Consent
Submitting an inquiry or interacting with Agent Ring does not automatically constitute consent to receive telephone calls or text messages.
When Ring Karma presents a separate call-and-text consent question, you may select YES or NO.
If you select YES, you agree that Ring Karma may call and text the telephone number you provided regarding your inquiry.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to calls or text messages is not required in order to submit your information.
You may opt out of covered text messages by replying STOP.
Reply HELP for available messaging assistance.

9. Legal Deadlines
Do not rely on Ring or Ring Karma to calculate, monitor, extend, pause, or protect any statute of limitations, court deadline, filing deadline, hearing date, or other legal deadline.
Using the Service or submitting information does not stop or extend any legal deadline.
If you believe your matter may involve an important legal deadline, contact a licensed attorney directly as soon as possible.
10. Emergencies
Ring Karma is not an emergency service.
If you or another person is in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services.
11. User Conduct
You may not use the Service to violate applicable law; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights; transmit malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; disrupt or interfere with the Service; impersonate another person; submit knowingly false information; or use the Service to threaten, harass, exploit, or harm others.
Ring Karma may restrict or terminate access to the Service when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties, or Ring Karma, or to address suspected violations of this Agreement or applicable law.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or use independent third-party technologies and service providers.
Ring Karma does not control independent third-party websites. Their own terms and privacy policies govern their services and information they independently collect.
13. Intellectual Property
Except for content owned by third parties, the Ring Karma name, branding, website design, software, graphics, text, and other original materials made available through the Service are owned by or licensed to Ring Karma and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the Service for its intended personal purpose.
Except as permitted by law or with written authorization, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from protected Ring Karma materials.
14. Service Availability and Changes
Ring Karma may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Service, features, automated systems, or functionality from time to time.
Ring Karma does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free availability of the Service.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
RING KARMA DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND RELIABILITY.
RING KARMA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR AUTOMATED OUTPUTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PARTICULAR CIRCUMSTANCES.
16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RING KARMA AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Any limitation of liability is subject to applicable law and does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ring Karma and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement of another person's rights.
18. Privacy
Ring Karma's collection, use, retention, processing, and disclosure of personal information are described in the Ring Karma Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
19. Changes to This Agreement
Ring Karma may update this Agreement from time to time.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
Continued use after an updated Agreement becomes effective may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The governing-law, venue, arbitration, class-action waiver, and other dispute-resolution provisions applicable to this Agreement will be established in accordance with applicable law.
This section is subject to final attorney review before publication.
21. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Ring Karma Privacy Policy, SMS Terms, Important Disclosures, and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitutes the terms governing use of the Service, subject to any additional terms applicable to a particular feature.
If a provision is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not necessarily waive the right to enforce it later.
